Jane Dobrott has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona. She has sold her paintings and watercolors in Scottsdale AZ, and whimsical wire sculptures in Santa Fe. She also creates unique cowboy hats for guys and gals under the name "Buffalo Belles Millinery". Her newest creations are her wire sculptures; she had a "one woman show" of her newest wire sculptures of chickens, dogs cats, horses and more in the Spring of 2009. She and her husband, a wildlife biologist, have worked on ranches for over 30 years and currently manage Ted Turner's Ladder Ranch.

Kathy Lovell creates a whimsical menagerie under the name "Kathy's Kritters" , including lizards, turtles, galloping horses, horny toads, happy hens, camels, wooley buffalos and more --all made from clay and fired with a beautiful variety of colorful glazes. She also crafts Raku and glazed pottery, hand painted gourd bowls, canteens and tray tables. And woven shawls and much more.

Melody Sears is an award-winning artist who paints scenes of Hillsboro and the Southwest in pastels and oils. A member of the Pastel Society of New Mexico and Plein Air Painters of New Mexico, her work focuses on the more intimate landscape, where "light makes the statement, colors add magic, and composition clinches the fullness of the experience of a particular place and a particular time where I have been." See more at her website.

..

Gene and Diane Washburn of "Sleeping Indian Creative Designs" create handmade tables, coat racks, picture frames and many other items using native woods found in this region. His woodworking is both rustic and elegant -- always celebrating woods' natural beauty.

Matilde Holzwarth's photography presents an artist's view of the magic of New Mexico and the wonders of nature. She has pursued photography for fun and in her career of Neuroscience research and teaching . Since coming to The Land of Enchantment her interest in fine art photography has been energized. She has participated in several Santa Fe Workshops under the tutelage of Jay Maisel and Norman Mauskopf; this has expanded her photographic skills and helped develop her photographic eye. Her fine Archival Prints are created with the finest archival paper and pigment based inks. See more of her photographs at her website.

Kathy Reed of "Tenderfoot Art", is from the Hillsboro area and makes spectacular art quilts, cutting boards, tile designs and more. The color and imaginative design of her artwork starts with an inspiration from the world around her...recently especially horses and flowers. Her designs are unique, intricate, imaginative and oh so colorful.
